HomeHelp, operated by Qualifiq Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), is a free referral service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed third-party service providers. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform any home services ourselves.

No Guarantee of Service

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any services provided by third-party service providers. We do not employ, supervise, or control the service providers in our network. Any agreement for services is between you and the service provider directly.

No Cost to You

There is no charge to you for using HomeHelp. Service providers may compensate us for referrals and connections. The cost of any services you receive is determined by and paid to the service provider you engage.

Call Recording

Calls made through our service may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. By using our service, you consent to call recording. If you do not consent, do not use our service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qualifiq Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our service or from any services provided by third-party service providers referred through our service. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qualifiq Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our service or your interactions with service providers referred through our service.

Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
